Meet the NEW Coventry Connect

At Coventry, we are always looking at new ways to make things easier and more accessible for our clients. Whether that’s a more adaptive website, viewing floorplans from the convenience of your home, or our new service for Homeowners, Coventry Connect.

Coventry Connect is a free platform for Coventry Homeowners that gives you control of your new home experience anytime, from anywhere. From the time of purchase, through construction, to living-in and maintaining your home, Coventry Connect will be at your fingertips.

There are five main functions in the Coventry Connect Portal:

  1. Connect: Learn about your home through FAQ’s, submit questions, service requests and more
  2. Notifications: Provides updates and information about your home and community
  3. Status: Shows the stage of construction of your home
  4. Tips & Advice: Get helpful information to make the most of your new home experience
  5. Reminders: Receive reminders of upcoming meetings and events

What does Coventry Connect offer?

Coventry Connect is one of many useful tools we offer homeowners to assist them through their new home journey. It functions as a complete hub for all of your home’s important information.

To begin, an email will be sent to you with login information from Coventry Homes. Once you set up your account, you will be brought into the dashboard. From here, you can navigate to a variety of places, as well as search if you can’t find just what you need. The top of the dashboard will show the construction process as your home moves through each stage.

A calendar is included that notes upcoming key dates for your convenience. As you go through the construction process, you will see your scheduled meetings appear in the calendar. You also receive notifications seven days prior, five days prior, and the day of your appointment.

Copies of your purchase agreement, upgrades, change orders and other important documents are available for you to recall at the click of a button. And maintaining your home is easy – Coventry Connect notifies you of seasonal checklists, and provides a place to submit warranty items directly to Coventry. Have a question? Easily message the appropriate person and keep track of conversations as well. Coventry Connect has your new home covered!

What if I’m already in the building process?

All your documents, even the ones already loaded to HomeDNA will be transferred over to you Coventry Connect profile, so you don’t need to jump back and forth to access your files. Check your email for your login information. If you have a HomeDNA account already set up, it will remain active however no new documents will be uploaded to it. Nothing will be erased from it, so the information on it will be kept there for your records.

I’m already living in my Coventry home. Will I be using Coventry Connect?

If you removed your conditions after December 31, 2017, you will be registered for a Coventry Connect account. Check the email we have on file for you, as your login information was sent to you. For assistance, call your Area Sales Manager or call us at 780-453-5100.
