Our Pinnacle and the Prestige packages provide two different price points and make choosing your new home less stressful. You’ll get exactly what features and finishings you want in your new home – without any surprises! There are even some features we’ve made a Coventry standard in all our homes – things like windows with PVC triple pane SUNGATE® series glass, a high-efficiency furnace, and ceramic tile borders around bath tubs and showers.

The Pinnacle

Here are few of the amazing features you’ll find in the Pinnacle:

• Appointment in our Choices by Design centre to select all interior finishings
• Your choice of Quartz or Granite kitchen and bath countertops
• Your choice of hardwood flooring on main level with registers to match
• Fireplace with fan and touch control, your choice of mantle design, and flex core to TV location (as per plan)
• Stainless steel appliance package
• Tankless hot water heater

This industry leading specification features many items that other builders would consider upgrades. As Darren notes “the comments we heard most from clients were:

1. The showhome has so many upgrades – I don’t know what I get if I don’t upgrade.
2. The selection centre doesn’t have many standard options, so we feel forced to upgrade.

We wanted to change this experience for our clients. We can’t change the entire industry, but we can change our standard! The Pinnacle was designed to be a very inclusive specification, so buyers don’t have to do a lot of upgrades.”

Coventry showhomes showcase the Pinnacle specification, and the majority of showhomes have little to no additional upgrades. This gives new homebuyers a ‘see-what-you-get’ shopping experience.

The Prestige

The Prestige was designed for homeowners that want the Coventry experience, but don’t necessarily need all the extras that come in the Pinnacle. Darren explains, “the Prestige removes some of the options the Pinnacle provides, but it keeps the amazing customer service process”.

The Prestige offers a starting price that’s approximately $30,000 -$50,000 less than the Pinnacle, and gives clients an a la carte menu to select upgrades that may add value to them. Darren adds “Coventry wanted to leave in some important components to ensure key structural upgrades and energy efficiencies are included in all home models”.

Here are some features you’ll love in the Prestige:

• Appointment in our Choices by Design centre to select all interior finishings
• Your choice of kitchen and bath countertops (laminate with 90 degree edge)
• Half baths with pedestal sink, oval mirror, and towel ring
• White or black appliance package (excludes washer & dryer)

Most importantly, Darren explains that “with both packages, every client will receive the full Flex Program where they can make modifications to the home, the 24/7 customer warranty, the preliminary plan and full plan reviews, the full needs assessment and many more features that make Coventry Homes a multi-year customer service award winner”.
