Coventry Homes Named 2022 Builder of the Year
April 2, 2022 (Edmonton, Alberta) – Coventry is honored to announce their receipt of ten awards at the Canadian Home Builder’s Association (CHBA), Edmonton Awards of Excellence, including the most coveted award of the night – “Builder of the Year”, in the large volume category.
The annual Awards of Excellence recognizes excellence in local housing projects, sales and marketing, community development, and industry leadership.
Within a total of 15 finalist nominations, the Coventry Group of companies [Coventry Homes and Impact Homes] received the award for Best Radio Commercial which helped launch the “All Dreams Start At Home” campaign. Two of our Area Sales Managers received recognition for their amazing contributions, with Zeina Pong (Griesbach) taking home a Silver Sales Volume award, and with Alyssa Seniuk (Uplands) receiving Rookie Salesperson of the Year in the Single-Family category. In addition, Coventry Homes also took home the prestigious Industry Leadership award.
It was also a standout night for our showhomes – with at total of five first-place awards going to:

- Coventry Homes – Riverside, Odessa showhome

These awards and accolades could not be possible without the tremendous hard work and dedication from our staff. It is truly an acknowledgement and celebration of their continued commitment to their respective crafts, to the company, to each other, and to our clients.
